I'm an experienced consultant specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journey strategy, and data-driven campaign execution.
My Background
I began my career with a degree in Computer Graphics, where I focused on user experience and database-driven web applications. While I was once told I wasn't “a programmer,” my curiosity drove me to learn how technology really worked. In a Purdue University computer lab, I taught myself to build websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That hands-on exploration became the foundation of my career.
After graduation, I joined web development teams and quickly gravitated toward roles that blended technical and business strategy. I found myself documenting requirements, translating between teams, and even writing code. My ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users led me to roles as a business and systems analyst, where I implemented CMS, intranet, and CRM platforms—always staying close to the technology to understand its limits and possibilities.
Eventually, I joined a Microsoft Consulting Partner, where I led implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules of Dynamics 365. There, I developed a deep appreciation for CRM systems and worked with clients across diverse industries. My path then brought me to ExactTarget (now Salesforce), where I served as an Implementation Consultant, helping clients translate marketing strategies into scalable solutions.

In 2014, I founded Trulane Technologies to help organizations cut through complexity and build smarter marketing technology foundations. My consulting approach is grounded in technical fluency, strategic insight, and a genuine desire to help teams succeed.
