Shelley Schmelter is an experienced consultant specializing in Customer Relationship Management implementation and optimization across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics. She brings a strong focus on customer lifecycle engagement, operational efficiency, and scalable growth for organizations of all sizes.
Shelley began her career with a degree in Computer Graphics, concentrating on user experience and data-driven web applications. She moved into web development roles and naturally gravitated toward positions that bridged technical details and business strategy. Her ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences led to work as a business and systems analyst, and ultimately a solution and integration architect.
Trulane Technologies
Shelley founded Trulane Technologies in 2014 to focus helping companies of all sizes leverage technology for growth. She excels at turning technical complexity into action and has a passion for empowering those around her through technology. Shelley has continued defy expectations since she taught herself HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a Purdue University computer lab in the 90s, laying the groundwork for a career defined by curiosity and hands-on learning.
